I am 18 years of age or older, and I acknowledge that I must sign the Hold Harmless Agreement to participate.

I am below the age of 18, and I comprehend that to participate, I must obtain the signature of a parent or guardian on the Hold Harmless agreement.

To volunteer at Downriver Pride, individuals must be 14 years of age or older. Volunteers under the age of 18 are required to obtain a parent or guardian signature to participate.

By checking this box, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Indemnification Agreement. By doing so, you expressly waive, indemnify, and absolve Conz Productions LLC and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, representatives, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, rights, demands, actions, causes of action, expenses, and damages. This release encompasses any injuries, acts, or omissions arising in any manner of volunteering.
